According to intelligence, Russia received more than 100 KN-23/KN-24 missiles from the DPRK. Such a weapon in the war against Ukraine was first used at the end of 2023. Together with the rockets, Pyongyang handed over the Russian Federation to his military specialists who serve launchers and participate in war crimes against Ukraine. Victims of KN-23/KN-24 beats have repeatedly become civilians of Ukraine in the frontline communities and in the settlements distant from the front line.
According to intelligence, KN-23/KN-24 contains foreign components, the production of companies from China, the USA, Japan, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. At least one of them is the voltage converter with the marking of the British manufacturer XP Power, made in February 2023, after the start of a full -scale invasion.
"To obtain technology for its weapons programs, the aggressor state and its allies-the DPRK and Iran-use joint schemes to bypass international sanctions, which requires a proper response, in particular, the strengthening of export control mechanisms," the intelligence stressed.
