According to preliminary information, new restrictions can touch: well, a "powerful power". Something does not believe that after that Russia feels the pain of this war. At the same time, they still remain not that the place, but the whole industries where you need to beat.
I suggest EU representatives where the effect will be noticeable: after all, you need to monitor the fulfillment of these restrictions more carefully. After all, Ukrainian journalists have repeatedly demonstrated how the sub -Russian vessels stop in the ports of Europe bypassing sanctions. Now is not the time of fake ultimatum. Europeans can and should drive Putin into a dead end and show the effectiveness of the sanction mechanism.
