Ukrainian paramedic Yulia Paevskaya (Tyra) on Thursday, September 15, told the Helsinki Commission on the Military Crimes of Russian invaders and inhuman conditions in captivity. Ms. Ambassador of Ukraine to the USA Oksana Markarova wrote about it on Facebook.
