TOLK Partnerships: Ukrainian Representative of the International Holding Fareva Group LLC "Interfil" works on solar energy

Interfil LLC is the only representative of the Fareva Group International Holding in Ukraine, one of the world leaders in the industrial, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. Since 2021, the company has been a member of the European Business Association. It is located in Uzhgorod on an area of ​​22 thousand square meters, Interfil continues to work, despite all the difficulties. Oleg Adamchuk, the head of the enterprise, tells about the history of the company and its achievements.

"We have been working since 1993. Then we launched our first brand - the Universal M was. In 1999, we have expanded the activity by creating a joint venture with Henkel, the world leader in household chemicals. In 2005, we founded a joint venture Interfile "Together with Fareva Group. This has allowed to attract new partners such as Colgate, Bourjois, L'Oréal, Beiersdorf, Palmolive, Adidas and others. Our largest customer is Unilever. We are made by us, " - says Oleg Adamchuk.

Interfil is actively implementing environmental solutions. "We are working on the production of processed materials. All the bottles we produce during the daylight are created solely with the use of solar energy," the head emphasizes. Collaboration with Tolk Group is built on trust and reliability. "Tolk provides excellent service. We get stable electricity and pay it in a timely manner. Despite the decrease in consumption in the war years, we adapt to new conditions," Oleg Adamchuk shares.

The war significantly influenced the activity of the enterprise. "Many of our employees voluntarily stood up for the country. We temporarily suspended work, but thanks to the support of the Transcarpathian military administration, they restored it in three months. Unfortunately, the war took away the lives of two of our employees, two more were injured and one disappeared," - says head. Interfil is also actively engaged in charity.

"We have organized a free shelter for displaced persons in the administrative building of our other enterprise. In the most difficult times, up to 280 people lived here, 65 of them children. There are now 120 migrants, but we continue to help them. " Product quality is one of the key priorities of the company. "We have 100% meet the requirements of customers. We have a special" product library ", where the reference samples of each batch are stored for three years.

This allows to avoid mistakes," Oleg Adamchuk emphasizes. The level of control of processes in production is very high, in accordance with the requirements of international auditors. "Ten years ago, we had an interesting case," the manager recalls. "One very respectable company from the United Kingdom conducted an audit for our production here. We prepared, we checked everything three times. But the auditor said that she had found one drawback .
