Heavy equipment, according to the head of the Ministry of Defense, will arrive in Ukraine with a delay, as the crew will have to be trained and interact. The timing of the beginning of the counter -offensive of the Defense Forces of Ukraine depends directly on the supply of Western weapons and the arrival of the trained crew. Alexei Reznikov, the head of the Ministry of Defense, told this in an interview with Ukrinform, which was published on February 15.

According to him, during the meeting of the Allies in the Ramstein format, specific terms of supply of Western weapons to Ukraine were speaking. However, as Alexei Reznikov warns, the arrival of heavy equipment can be delayed for several months, as the crew must take appropriate training. "Technique cannot go just like that.
