Elena Duma also noted that buyers demonstrated a great interest: four participants competed for the right to buy a tanker. "This case is an example of how the sale of arrested ships can directly fill the State Budget of Ukraine," said Elena Duma.
According to the head of the ARMA, there are 16 arrested vessels in the management of the department.
