"The serviceman does not return to the part from which he left, because there is actually de jure and in fact there is a certain conflict between the unit and the commanders. And this is a new place of service, a new opportunity for servicemen to realize himself and to close the criminal case while continuing military service ", - says Dmitry Alekseenko, investigator of the DBR in the Nikolaev area.

A 30-year-old fighter from the Kirovohrad region Artem Gruzlny said that he went to the front volunteer in the first days of a full-scale invasion. He explained that he had gone to the HSC because of a conflict with his commander. "I left the part because they wanted to send back to zero. I got wounded and contained, the seams were not removed and said the combat - you back to Nol. That's what he heard - the investigator called me and I came. Just not in that part ", - says Artem Reagnery.

Another military Volodymyr Apostolov said he had gone to the HSC because the commander did not let him go to childbirth, but he wants to return to the boys in his own part. "I went to the HSC to stay with my son. Dima was named, two teeth are already growing. Today they groaned, 5 months! That's how it came out. I'm not right somewhere, they are not right somewhere. All relations with them, ”says Vladimir Apostolov.

The DBR is told that the fighters who have decided to return can contact the State Bureau of Investigation, the Military Law Enforcement Service, the Police or the Prosecutor's Office, and upon arrival in the military unit, the commander shall count such a serviceman in the personnel lists of personnel within 72 hours and renew his financial support. Also, all benefits are renewed for such a serviceman.

Only in the last weeks, only in the Nikolaev area, almost fifty soldiers who left parts were found to return to the service. It should be reminded that earlier it was reported that a serviceman who had previously abandoned his service and fled to Romania returned to Ukraine. He decided to protect the country with a mobilized relative. It was also reported that the third separate assault brigade of the Armed Forces is approached by many military people with the HCP.
