EU air defense should protect Ukraine, and Britain will help to deduct Crimea - Alexander Musienko (video)

Once upon a time, Britain and allies completely destroyed the Black Sea Fleet of Russia and this story can be repeated. Ukraine now needs to create a single air defense system and cover the Russian air attacks, says Oleksandr Musienko, head of the Center for Military Legal Research. The cover of the sky of Ukraine by NATO countries can take place if Ukraine will include Ukraine in the Unified EU Air Defense System.

So far, none of the NATO countries can knock down random missiles or drones of the Russian Federation that fly to their territory because they are trying not to provoke an increase in the conflict between the Alliance and Russia. Oleksandr Musienko, the head of the Military Legal Research Center, told this in an interview with Focus. In his opinion, such a single EU air defense system really makes sense, but it is necessary to do everything possible so that Ukraine will join this air defense.

Now the Russian Federation challenges not only Ukraine but also the West, demonstrating that autocratic and authoritarian regimes can safely establish relationships and use weapons, as in the case of Russia and the DPRK. "A very big threat is the deployment of nuclear weapons in Belarus," the expert emphasizes. "This is not only for Ukraine, but also for NATO and Europe in general. Therefore, Ukraine has at least to be in this single protected air space.

" According to Oleksandr Musienko, it would be quite logical, because not Europe applies missile or air strikes on the Russian Federation, but on the contrary - North Korean missiles from the Russian Federation fly towards Europe. And the placement of nuclear weapons in Belarus is generally a violation of all the principles that were established after the Cold War.

"It will be quite justified if systems are able to knock down nuclear missiles not only in Poland but also in Ukraine," the analyst emphasizes. "We already have to decide on the deployment of NATO military missions in our territory, with the permission of the Alliance's placement and aircraft. and other protection systems. " Of course, these are not simple steps, because not everyone in NATO support such decisions, says Alexander Musienko, because some are afraid of Russia's Riga.

But where it is more careful to act, the expert is asked. Given the visit of the British prime minister Rice Snak to Kiev and to sign a security agreement before Ukraine's accession to NATO, according to the analyst, the time may come when Ukraine, together with the British, will free Crimea from Russian invaders.

"It will not happen for the first time in history, because during the so -called Crimean War, the Alliance of the French, the British and Turks defeated the Black Sea Fleet, and landing landed in Evpatoria," reminds Alexander Musienko. "Maybe we will see how an international legion in the presence of English Again liberate the Crimea from the invaders. The British always worried safety in the Black Sea region.
