"Accident" on NPP or "Dirty Bomb" is the only thing that remains with Putin - an expert

According to the exader of the US Army Commander in Europe Mark Woeger, the hybrid nuclear threat looks real. For the most part, because at the occupied Zaporizhzhya NPP, Russians have access to a large amount of nuclear waste. It is unlikely that Russian President Vladimir Putin will resort to a large -scale nuclear blow. This opinion was expressed by the former adviser to the US Army Commander in Europe on Russia and Eurasia Mark Woeger, Sky News reports.

If Putin goes to further escalation, it is likely that it will happen in the form of a so -called "dirty bomb", which was repeatedly stated by the Russian leadership or "accident" at the occupied Zaporizhzhia NPP. "Dirty Bomb", explained by Mark Woeger, this is one of the few pressure levers that still remain with Putin. Speaking of the Russian nuclear threat of the West, he named three possible scenarios. First, it is a potential strategic nuclear stroke that Putin checked the day before.

"Of course, Putin is well known that this will lead to the end of his life on the planet and the end of his regime, so I refuse to believe that he really considers a nuclear strike," Voiger said. Secondly, the Russian Federation can resort to tactical nuclear weapons, but the US administration has warned the Kremlin that it is not even necessary to plan such actions. According to the expert, only a hybrid nuclear threat remains.

Thanks to the occupation of Zaporizhzhya NPPs, Russians have access to a large amount of nuclear waste. "Yes, Russians can either provoke an accident in the NPP or use the so -called nuclear bomb in preparation of which they blame Ukraine and thus try to frighten everyone. Putin also mentioned that the West may suffer from winds or nuclear waste," he said expert. Recall that the United States accelerate the deployment of modernized atomic bombs B61-12 in Europe.
