According to preliminary information of Russian law enforcement officers, passengers of a car who passed on a bridge and found themselves near a truck - according to a preliminary version, deliberately blown up by a person on the automotive part of the Crimean bridge. The Russians noticed in the water the bodies of dead men and women, now investigators establish their personalities. Another dead was the driver of the truck.
Law enforcement officers installed data on the vehicle, its owner was a resident of Krasnodar region (Russia). The security forces went to the owner's place of residence, as well as study the route of the car and the related documentation. The department opened a criminal case on an explosion on the Crimean bridge. The Chairman of the Investigative Committee Oleksandr Basrykin sent investigators, criminalists and employees of the Judicial and Expert Center.
On October 8, the explosion caused a fire on the Crimean bridge. Russian sources claim that seven fuel tanks were erupting, which were heading in the railway warehouse from Russia to the Crimea.
