He added that Russia should be willing to participate in negotiations in compliance with the principles that were in doubt as a result of its aggressive actions. These principles include territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence. Only with a honest and conscientious approach from Russia can you count on a successful resolution of conflict and peace.
