To extend: On May 30, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved amendments to the Booking Procedure for the Ministry of Economy. The updated provisions are aimed at ensuring the continuous operation of critical important enterprises in the conditions of martial law and preserving their personnel potential. According to the amendments, enterprises, institutions and organizations, recognized as critical for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations, will be able to book 100% of their servicemen. It is a company whose activities directly affect the country's defense capability. Special conditions have been introduced for enterprises that protect the objects of the fuel and energy complex (FEC).

They are allowed to use any three of the criteria for obtaining the status of critically important, and they are not mandatory: thus, energy companies and enterprises that provide the protection of infrastructure of FECs, receive additional opportunities for preservation of personnel.

"This decision enables the state to respond more flexible to the needs of defense and maintain the uninterrupted functioning of enterprises that play a critical role in the life support of the population and protection of the country. We support both energy companies and those involved in providing the army - from drones to medical training.
