Whether a bar codes are required in a military ticket: Explanation of the Ministry of Defense

The department stated that special bar codes on a military ticket are mandatory only when issuing new military accounting documents through the Tax Code, military citizens of Ukraine receiving new military-accounting documents, must have a separate entry number in the register "Charm ". The bar code in the military ticket is obligatory when issuing new documents through the territorial center of acquisition and social support (TCC and JV).

This is stated in the message of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The department reminded that on May 16, 2024 in Ukraine the updated rules of military accounting came into force. They simplify the accounting process and provide the accuracy and timeliness of data updating. Citizens receiving new military accounting documents must have a separate entry number in the Ovary Register. The bar codes become mandatory only when new documents are issued through the CCC.

It is noted that when updating personal data through the CCC, CNAP or mobile application "Reserve+" (without issuing a new military accounting document)-bar codes are not mandatory. The barcode is required to account for citizens in the registry-a separate record number is carried out. In addition, thanks to the barcode, the CCC and JV staff will automatically read the data instead of entering them manually.

The new sample of documents is generated electronically and has the same legal force with paper form, noted in the Ministry of Defense. Military accounting documents, which were issued until May 18, 2024, remain valid. We will remind, on June 18 in the application "Reserve+" should appear QR code. Therefore, the CCC and JV or police officers will be able to promptly receive information about the military. It is necessary to update military accounting data by July 16.
