Due to the fact that the institutions have changed their "direction", the civilian population refused to provide medical care. "There are more than 1,000 wounded occupiers in one of the hospitals. Everyone lacks medical staff, assistants and surgeons.
There are not enough patients in the medical facilities for so many patients, beds and linen," the message reads. Moreover, according to Ova, the occupation administration is preparing for the reception of a new "party" of the wounded. This is due to the fact that last day the forces of defense reflected the attempts of the Russian Armed Forces in the area of two settlements of Luhansk region.
