Such vessels will be considered as those that carry military goods and will be perceived as a legitimate military goal.

"Therefore, it should be understood that the vessels that will go to those ports where they will be unloaded or loaded for the development of the economy of the aggressor country are also in danger,"-summed up Humeniuk. The spokeswoman informed that in the waters of six Russian ports in the Black Sea - Anapa, Novorossiysk, Helendzhik, Tuapse, Sochi and Taman - there is no significant change in the situation.
