2023 on amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine on resolving certain issues of the administrative and territorial structure of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, this bill provides for the reform of the administrative and territorial structure of Crimea in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
The head of the Subcommittee of the Verkhovna Rada for Administrative-Territorial System and Local Self-Government Vitaliy Bezuin on Facebook explained: "The bill offers two key things: in the explanatory note to the bill it is reported that the changes should be made before the Peninsula. The liquidation or reorganization of district state administrations in accordance with the new zoning of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
