During a full -scale invasion, Ukrainian energy has shown its ability to implement innovative solutions and, nevertheless, the enemy's intentions to destroy the Ukrainian economy do not reach the goal, according to the NSDC Secretary Alexander Litvinenko. Ukraine is preparing for massive attacks on energy facilities with the beginning of the new heating season. This was stated by the secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexander Litvinenko. His words quoted "Interfax-Ukraine".

"Since the beginning of the heating season, massive Russian blows are expected," Litvinenko said at the opening of the exhibition "Energy in Industry-2024" in Kiev on Tuesday.

At the same time, the secretary of the National Security and Defense Council noted that since the beginning of a full -scale Russian invasion, Ukrainian energy was able to withstand and showed that it was capable of implementing innovative solutions and, nevertheless, the intentions of the Russian Federation to destroy the Ukrainian economy do not reach the goal.

We will remind, according to the director of the Center for Energy Research Alexander Kharchenko, if the destruction of the power system will be enormous, then import of electricity from Europe will not help. Much will also depend on weather conditions. In his opinion, there are risks that the population will have no more than 4 hours of electricity a day if the strikes from the aggressor country continue.
