Zelensky signed a law on new payments to the military: who and how much will receive

The law was signed by President Vladimir Zelensky on June 30. After the official publication of the document, which usually takes place within a few days after it is signed by the President, the new rules will come into force. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a new law concerning the military. According to this document, the conditions of monthly surcharges of 30 to 100 thousand hryvnias remained unchanged.

However, there has been an increase in payments for stitches, cadets and instructors, and the duration of vacations for servicemen increased. This was become known from the Law No. 9342. According to the document card on the official website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the law was signed by President Vladimir Zelensky on June 30, only two days after it was adopted by MPs with support of 311 votes.

After the official publication of the document, which usually takes place within a few days after it is signed by the President, the new rules will come into force. According to the document, the focus is on raising the amounts of payments to term, cadets and instructors.

In particular, the term will be paid an additional 6000 UAH per month, the cadets will receive an additional payment of 2350 UAH per month, and the instructors will provide additional payments in the range of 15 to 30 thousand hryvnias. An important change is the ability to switch to mobilization at will. They changed payments to soldiers affected by the service. Yes: the new law also resolved issues related to vacations.

For servicemen, an annual leave of up to 30 days is established, as well as the possibility of receiving additional up to 10 days of leave in family circumstances. The cadets are given up to 10 days of winter vacation and up to 20 days of summer vacation. Term military personnel are granted annual leave for up to 30 days. Continuous treatment for treatment should not exceed 4 months.
