President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in the evening address on Thursday, August 11, again reminded that Russia is a terrorist country and that only the restoration of full control of Ukraine over the Zaporizhzhya NPP guarantees the atomic security of Europe. The head of state said that Russia had switched to obvious nuclear blackmail, and shelling by Russian troops of the ZPEU was one of the greatest crimes of the aggressor country.
