By the last moment, they believe, do not believe, fear, panic, hipped, or escape - that to whom it likes. The state and its structures do not have an automatic stupid protection regime, transition to H. . It is not embedded in the system. And this is what frightens the most.

Of course, that such algorithms exist, they must be developed. And to protest. And agree. And adjust automatic mode. It is desirable that it be switched on by certain, pre -prescribed conditions. Then our system, like American, will withstand any fool (and even a pile) that randomly press the buttons in the Ilya time. And without such protection, it is not a state, to be honest. It's just a country where people live.
