The State Services portal will be used to send the military. Such electronic notifications are now officially equated with paper. The delivery will be considered to have happened from the moment it appears in the personal office of the user. The summons will be introduced to the Unified Register. In seven days from the moment of such delivery, it will be considered presented, regardless of whether the person to whom he is appointed knows about it. It is also forbidden to leave the state.
This happens automatically until the citizen comes to the military enlistment office for 20 days. On April 11, the State Duma of the Russian Federation approved the corresponding changes concerning each man from 18 to 60 years.
The register of conscripts provides: Recall that in the Russian Federation began to actively search for information about mobilization and departure from the country in the Russian search engine against the background of reports on the adoption of the Law on Electronic Supporting. For "evasion" in Russia, there is now a restriction on the ban on transportation of transport, the conclusion of real estate agreements, registration of IP and loan registration in banking and financial institutions.
