Ukrainian UAVs paralyze the refinery: Russian gas stations introduce rigid limits on fuel

To spread: in a number of regions of the Russian Federation, gas stations have introduced restrictions on gasoline release - not more than 10-20 liters per client, and only a diesel sell. Experts associate the shortage of Ukrainian fuel infrastructure. According to Izvestia, fuel interruptions are recorded in Moscow, Leningrad, Ryazan, Nizhny Novgorod and other regions. Some of the networks allow the release of only limited gasoline volume.

Lukoil banned the sale of fuel in the canisters at some stations and suspended the service of fuel cards. Some independent gas stations temporarily stopped their work due to unprofitable purchases. President of the Independent Fuel Union Pavel Bazhenov said the deficit has been observed for more than a month: "Some networks were forced to set a limit of 10-20 liters on a visitor or temporarily sell only a diesel to close the gas stations.

" Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region Gleb Nikitin confirmed the interruptions: "Temporary difficulties with fuel are related to the supply chains in the macro -region. " According to the Freedom Finance Global analyst Volodymyr Chernov, the reasons for the repair of oil refineries and drones attack on the Russian infrastructure. At the beginning of September, the price of AI-95 on the St. Petersburg Exchange reached a record 82.

3 thousand rubles (40 778 UAH) per tonne, which exceeded the previous maxima. The Russian Government has temporarily restricted gasoline exports since July, and now considers the ban on the export of diesel by the end of 2025. Experts estimate that the stock exchange model provokes a rise in price: demand is much higher than available volumes.

Experts believe that the Government of the Russian Federation will be forced to intensify export restrictions in order to avoid deficiency in the domestic market. Additional measures are offered - from subsidies and preferential logistics for gas stations in remote regions to accelerate repairs and the introduction of new refinery capacity. According to Focus, in the temporarily occupied Lugansk huge queues of cars stand near the gas station networks, in the city practically disappeared gasoline.
