According to the leaders of the channel, the invaders were stunned by the courage of the Ukrainian fighter and tried to retreat, but not everyone was able to retreat, since Ukrainian UAV operators were waiting for the group. The drones were thrown by grenades of Russian assaulters who wanted to go to their positions in the open area. However, the heroic feat of Vadim, which managed to keep the position, became his last battle: after a while he died in battle.

According to the "militant" observers, the K-2 battalion has held positions in the Seversky direction for over a year, holding back Russian troops on approaches to the city of Siversk. This direction remains a priority for the occupiers who regularly conduct massive offenses.
