Independence is the force that motivates people with bottles with an incendiary mixture to attack tank columns and with machine guns to keep trenches under a hurricane fire. Independence is the force that forces you to work despite bombardment and pay taxes to your country.
Because independence is independence and responsibility. Faith in yourself, belief in those who live nearby are the choice of the future. There is a risk that the future will be deadly, but a much greater risk that your future will not depend on you. But this is not about us, we will not betray our will. And we, Ukrainians, will build a country worthy of trusting those who gave their lives, worthy children and parents of dead heroes.
