Within four months after the start of the ground launch, the ASRAM was manufactured and tested, and Ukrainian crews were trained in use in the UK, after which the equipment was transferred to the war zone to Ukraine.

The air defense system is installed on the Supacat chassis and has proved to be particularly effective against near action. According to Defense Express, the missile used by the ASRAM installation has a high -deviation system with a large deviation from the sighting line, which helps it to capture the heat signature of the target and affect it at different angles. She replaced the AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles in the royal Air Force of the United Kingdom and Australia.
