Russians boast drones capable of attacking goals without people's participation but there is a nuance (video)

The Russian media is writing about the destruction of UAV goals without the operator's intervention, although the direct language of the system designer is contrary to it. The Russian Dron Kamikadze "Ovod-S" is equipped with a site of plot, which allegedly allows you to automatically find and capture goals without human participation. About it writes the Russian edition "RIA Novosti" with reference to the designer Andrei Ivanov.

Despite the words of the Russian media in the ability of UAV to destroy the goals "without human involvement", the direct language of the designer can impress that UAV works like other drones with machine vision - the purpose is carried out by the operator. He says that the on -board drone system uses two varieties of trekking: algorithmic, using "technical vision", and with the help of a neural network that recognizes and recognizes objects, and then explains how it works.

"The effectiveness of this decision is due to the fact that when we go beyond the Radio Seelence, that is, for the forest, for the hill, for the structure, we have a connection. Continues the support of the goal and impresses it, regardless of whether it is static or dynamic, " - says the drone constructor. The video can see the launch of drone and control devices in the form of joystick and glasses. You can also see a goal capture from the internal chamber and imitate the drone.

We would like to remind that the Russians use drones with machine vision at least from the beginning of 2024, as stated by Ukrainian military and radio expert Sergey Beskrestnov with the call sign "Flash".

Machine vision reduces the dependence of the results on the skills of the operator, and can eliminate the role of trenches, because the drone will capture the target and fly to it. This is an algorithm that allows the drone to automatically keep the target in the intersection and move in its direction. FPV-a-municipal trenches will be a less threat to the last 100 meters of flight.

The operator can bring Dron-Kamikadze to the target, and then it will be necessary to highlight the target, and FPV will fly to it and under the action of the EW.
