He also reported the end of the war, which, in his opinion, would be facilitated by the Economic Partnership Agreement between the US and Ukraine, adding that he plans joint economic development agreements with Putin. The head of the United States wrote about it on his page on the X network after meeting with politicians at the G7 summit on February 24.

"I have serious negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the end of the war, as well as major economic development agreements that will take place between the United States and Russia," Trump wrote. At the same time, the politician does not specify what agreements are referred to, as he does not mention the details of discussions with the President of the Russian Federation. He just added that this happens successfully. "The negotiations are going very well!" He added.

In addition, in his post, Donald Trump recalls what he has great hopes for the Rare Earth resources with Ukraine. According to him, it is an "economic partnership" that will help both Ukraine and the United States: America should ensure the return of "tens of billions", which it has invested in assistance to Ukraine during a full -scale invasion. The politician also emphasized that "the war would never have begun" if he was president.
