"In the military unit, law enforcement agencies are conducting investigative actions in order to clarify all the circumstances of the event. Also, certain officials have been removed from their positions," said the message of the 30th Marine Corps of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.

The statement also confirmed that the Russians struck on November 1. According to the report of the corps, on November 1, Russia launched a missile-drone attack on the Samarivskyi district of the Dnipropetrovsk region, where at that time the military of one of the separate brigades of the marines were stationed: "The strike was carried out in the center of a populated place, where no outpost is located. " Civilians and servicemen died as a result of the Russian attack.

Earlier, the State Bureau of Investigation announced that it had launched a pre-trial investigation into the death and wounding of Ukrainian servicemen as a result of a Russian attack on their base in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The pre-trial investigation is conducted in accordance with Part 4 of Art. 425 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for liability for negligent attitude to military service under martial law.

On the evening of November 1, Russian troops struck the Samariv district in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The head of the State Administration Vladyslav Haivanenko said that four people died as a result of the attack, including two boys aged 11 and 14. Eight people were injured. On November 2, the East group of troops reported that as a result of the Russian attack on the Dnipropetrovsk region on November 1, there were dead and wounded among the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The press service stated that the law enforcement officers are checking whether the military was notified of the missile threat in time and whether they complied with the orders of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces regarding the deployment of personnel and the holding of meetings and meetings in the open area. On November 3, a TSN journalist reported that his military brother had died as a result of an attack by the Russian Federation during the awards ceremony.

He did not specify when and where it happened, but noted that his 43-year-old brother Volodymyr "Znahar" Svyatnenko was the operator of the UAV. He served in the 35th Separate Brigade of Marines. It will be recalled that a shop was damaged in the Samariv district of the Dnipropetrovsk region as a result of an attack by the Russian Armed Forces.   In March of this year, the SBI already opened criminal proceedings in connection with an attack on a training ground in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
