That is, the basis of normal life of people. Energy. If the Olympic sports were murders and rocket strokes, then you know which national team would take the first place. And it does not matter if its official flag would have this national team - a state tricolor. Russian terrorists use different symbols.

The Russian military forced Ukrainians in the occupied territory of our country to wear white. Allegedly, they are not killed. But they were tortured and killed even with these bandages. Russia uses certain letters of Latin on flags of different colors, and they all symbolize the genocidal ideology of Rashism, no matter what the specific color. It happens that Russian invaders destroy normal life at all without any symbolism-this is how Russian aggression began.

Our Peninsula of Crimea was occupied by Russian soldiers without any symbolism. So I want to ask you: if representatives of the terrorist state will appear at international sports competitions or Olympic Games, then will it be important that they are there without their national symbolism? The very presence of representatives of the terrorist state is the manifestation of violence and lawlessness. Dear friends! I know you do not want to allow the Olympic principles to distort.

This is a fundamental thing for Ukraine and, I believe, for each of your states - to protect the value basis of the normal life that we value with you. A peaceful life! Life based on respect for different people. The Russian state has chosen the path of terror, which is why it has no place in a civilized world. Russia is isolated to protect. The Russian presence is removed to encourage the cessation of aggression and terror.

It is the self -defense of the world - the world that cares for its values ​​and protects life. 228 Ukrainian athletes and coaches died in the year of Russian aggression against Ukraine! 228! And how many Russian athletes did the condemnation of the terror that their state unleashed? In fact, there is no such condemnation. Is single voices that fade quickly. We know that many Russian athletes are related to the sports clubs of the Russian army and law enforcement agencies.

In particular, athletes who claimed participation in the championships and the Olympic Games. We know that many Russian athletes have a military or other special title. We know that Russia is trying to use any attention to the world to propaganda of war. If, God forbid, the Olympic principles will be destroyed and Russian athletes will be admitted to some competitions or Olympic Games, only a matter of time when the terrorist state will force them to promote the propaganda of war.

Ladies and Gentlemen! Sports community! Each of us knows what the Olympic principles are. Terror and Olympism are two opposites. They cannot be combined. Maybe someone wants to "shrednerization" of sports and the presence of a terrorist state in one form or another at the sports grounds of the world. Maybe someone wants to neglect the Olympic spirit, so that, manipulating the letter of the Olympic principles, to help Russia. But we must protect life. We must protect our values.

We have to stop aggression and fight against those who choose the path of terror. We must protect the Olympic movement with you. I believe that we will protect! Ukraine started a marathon of honesty and I urge you to join. While Russia is killing and terrorizing, the terrorist state is not a place in sports and Olympic competitions. And this will not cover some kind of neutrality or white flag. Because Russia is now a country that is tap with blood, even a white flag. This must be admitted.
