According to the investigation, the former employee of the institution recruited Ukrainian citizens to adjust the fire of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation at facilities in Kiev after the start of a full -scale war. This is stated in the office of the Attorney General of August 25.

According to the investigation, since February 2022, Bilchenko, being in the territory of the Russian Federation and acting at the request of Russian curators, recruited more than 10 Ukrainians to obtain data on the location of the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and territorial defense forces in Kiev and the region. Bilchenko also spread information in her social networks with the justification of Russian aggression and calls to overthrow power in Ukraine.

Bilchenko is suspected in the state community in the conditions of martial law, justification of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and actions aimed at a violent change of power. They also reported suspicion of justifying the aggression of a group member, another indictment was drawn up on state betrayal and illegal weapons.

The Office of the Prosecutor General in his message did not specify the name of the suspect, however, judging by the photo, it was about Yevgeny Bilchenko. Earlier today, the Security Service of Ukraine reported about the disposal of the agent network, headed by Kyivanka. The members of the group were residents of Kiev aged 35-45 years. Last year, NPU professor Yevgeny Bilchenko provoked a scandal on social networks, criticizing a new law on the functioning of the state language.
