Germany received evidence of war crimes of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Ukraine - the Clooney Foundation

The team of lawyers and investigators represents the interests of 16 survivors and families of victims of war crimes committed by the Russian military in the territory of Ukraine. CLUNU (CFJ) Human Rights Fund (CFJ), founded by the famous actor George Clooney and his wife, Amal Kluny's human rights lawyer, transferred three files to the Federal Prosecutor's Office of Germany with evidence of Russian military crimes in Ukraine. If the German authorities recognize the evidence submitted convincing, it will be able to initiate a criminal investigation and issue warrants to the arrest of suspects. This will allow them to be arrested not only in the territory of Germany, but also beyond, to be extradited and held accountable. Arrest warrant can be made through Europol and Interpol systems. The ISS can also issue orders for the arrest of key suspects.

In Germany, there are strict national laws that criminalize such offenses, and in recent decades it has been in the forefront of liable for the most serious international crimes.
