To spread: Local residents have heard several high -profile explosions that were raised throughout the Ryazan. The video shows a big fire. On the night of February 23 to 24, drones attacked an oil refining plant in Ryazan, which resulted in a fire at the enterprise. This was reported by the Russian propaganda edition of Mash. "Ukrainian drones attacked the refinery in Ryazan. The fire broke out in the company," the message reads.

In the same telegram-channel, a photo of a fire at the refinery was published. At the same time, local publications claim that local residents have heard several high -profile explosions in different areas of Ryazan. Subsequently, a video of fire at the refining plant in Ryazan was published in the same channel telegram. The governor of the Ryazan region Pavel Malkov has not commented on the attack on the city.
