Ukrainian drones stopped the operation of two refineries of the Russian Federation - Bloomberg

According to journalists, two large refineries of PJSC "Novatek" on the Baltic coast and Tuapsinskaya refinery of PJSC "Rosneft" completely stopped the primary processing of oil in the last week of January after the attacks of Ukrainian drones. The weekly oil processing in Russia has decreased to a minimum, reaching almost a two -month anti -record. This fall is explained by the cessation of two large oil refineries as a result of Ukrainian drones. About it reports Bloomberg.

For a week ending on January 31, Russia has reworked 5. 41 million barrels of oil a day, which is 135,000 barrels a day below the average, recorded mainly in December. In recent weeks, attacks on oil refining and exports have become increasingly devastating, which creates serious threats to Russia's ability to supply fuel to the foreign and domestic markets.

Two large export -oriented oil refineries, namely the condensation plant of PJSC "Novatek" on the Baltic coast and Tupsinskaya NPP of PJSC "Rosneft", completely stopped the initial processing of oil in the last week of January after the attacks of Ukrainian drones on January 21 and 25, respectively. This information comes from different sources. At the same time, these two enterprises provided about 5% of the daily average oil processing in December.

In addition, a large part of the refining capacity at the Volgograd plant will probably be disconnected after a fire caused by a drone on February 3. This plant is one of the largest oil refineries in the country that supplies fuel to both domestic and foreign markets. The attack was aimed at reducing production capacity. We will remind that on February 4 the drones attacked the settlement of the old village in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation.
