Counterintelligence of the Security Service and the National Police of Ukraine detained the suspect in cooperation with the special services of the Russian Federation of Kharkiv in a few hours after the explosion, when she tried to "lies to the bottom". The SBU press service reports that the Russians have recruited a girl on a job search telegram.

According to the investigation, the Russians lured Ukrainian defenders to one of the Kharkiv cafes under the pretext of transferring "volunteer" Motorolair. According to the instructions from the curator, a recruited agent of the Russian Federation made a homemade explosive device in "home" conditions and purchased a household chemicals, battery, wires and two phones for a remote blast, told in the SBU. The suspect brought the explosion to the scooter parking lot and hid in the trunk.

The Russian intelligence services saw the arrival of the Armed Forces to the parking lot with the help of the chamber disguised at the site of the terrorist attack and activated the SVP remotely. The suspect was taken into custody. During the search, she seized the components of the explosives and a phone with evidence of work on the Russians. She was informed of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - a terrorist act that led to the death of a person.

It provides a sentence in the form of life imprisonment. The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reported that a 26-year-old serviceman was killed and a 29-year-old fighter was seriously injured. The prosecutor's office also told one of the versions of the investigation, according to which the military of the Armed Forces came to take away the scooter as allegedly "assistance from random people" in the park in the industrial area of ​​Kharkiv.

According to investigators, in the morning before the terrorist attack the suspect came to the park and pulled the keys to him from the luggage compartment, and at lunch she returned and put a black backpack with an explosive device in the trunk. The Russian special services blew up the explosive at about 2:00 pm, when the military loaded the scooter into their car.

The Military Deputy of Ukraine Mikhail Sokolov reported that the military of the Armed Forces sold the scooter, which exploded, which exploded on June 21. The parliamentarian said that the fighters of the 154th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces were bought a scooter through the OLX ads.
