According to the American analyst Federico Bossari, the capture of the Russians by the work of themis platform can jeopardize the Ukrainian military. The Russian Federation announced the capture of the first robotic platform of themis cargo of Estonian production, which stands in service with the Defense Forces of Ukraine. The relevant photos posted the Telegram-channel of the occupiers "Two Majories".

The invaders showed two photos of the device, one of which can see themis, as well as the name of the manufacturer-Milrem Robotics. The second picture shows that the drone is badly damaged. In the upper right corner, you can see part of the flag of Ukraine.

The Defense News portal noted that the photo was published almost two years after the Center for Analysis of Strategies and Technology of the Russian Federation (CAS) in September 2022 announced a monetary reward for the capture of the terrestrial vehicle. The representative of Milrem Robotics refused to comment, noting that the company was aware of the pictures.

The Washington Center for the Analysis of European Policy Analysis Federico Bossari said in a comment to the publication that the car in the mentioned photos was really very similar to themis. In his opinion, the fact that the Russians capture such a device carries some risks. According to Federico Bossari, access to Western technologies can throw new ideas or concepts in the field of projection to Russian developers.

In addition, the occupiers will be able to study the types of sensors and encryption technologies that the robot uses. "A big, immediate risk may be that Russia will try to use encrypted information or other stored data, if any to break a protected Ukrainian communication or track Ukrainian operators and determine their location," the analyst said. Recall that in January, Milrem Robotics reported, 14 unmanned themis devices were put in Ukraine.
