Russia struck a night blow from Kharkiv from the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. The C-300 rocket hit the school in the Novobavar district of Kharkiv. This was reported by Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office and Oleg Synigubov, Chairman of the Kharkiv Ova. The enemy struck Kharkiv at night, about 2:00 on September 3. The C-300 rocket, released from the territory of Russia, hit the ground next to the school administrative building.

The facade of the educational institution was damaged, windows and doors were knocked out, and the explosive wave damaged the next house. There are no victims. Video day as a result of shelling formed a funnel of 10 × 10. 5 meters and more than 3. 5 meters deep. The pre -trial investigation in criminal proceedings on violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.

In addition, during the last day the occupiers fired at several districts of Kharkiv region: Kharkiv, Izium, Bohodukhiv, Chuguev districts. There are victims among civilians, 6 people were hospitalized during the day: Izium district - two men 52 and 32, Kharkiv - a woman of 62 years, men 63 and 48 years old. The 46-year-old man was hospitalized in the Bohodukhiv district. The condition of the victims is medium.
