China and the US will hold negotiations on nuclear weapons control - media

The meeting will take place against the backdrop of the Russian Federation from the Treaty on a comprehensive ban on nuclear testing. According to journalists, Baiden's administration seeks to prevent destabilizing tripartite arms with Beijing and Moscow. China and the United States of America will discuss control of nuclear weapons next week. The last such dialogue was during the reign of President Barack Obama, the Wall Street Journal reported on November 2.

US Presidential Administration Joe Baiden is preparing to discuss with China on nuclear weapons control, as the United States seeks to prevent destabilizing tripartite arms with Beijing and Moscow that destabilize the situation. According to journalists, the meeting is scheduled for November 6, 2023.

Negotiations on weapons, according to the newspaper, will be headed by Mellora Stuart, a high -ranking official of the State Department, and Sun Xiaoabo, Head of the Department of Control over Arms of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China. The Executive Director of the Washington Association of Daryl Kimball's weapons said that weapons negotiations would probably focus on facilitating greater transparency of each country's nuclear doctrines and more effective alert channels.

"However, I do not think we have to expect breakthroughs in the near future. It will take time," Kimball said. Journalists point out that future discussion does not mean the beginning of official negotiations on establishing restrictions on the nuclear forces of each party. On November 2, President of the Russian Federation signed a law on November 2, which abolished the ratification of the comprehensive prohibition of nuclear testing.

The Kremlin head canceled the decision of the first President of Russia, Boris Yeltsin, adopted 23 years ago. At the end of October, special exercises of civil defense and army were held in the Russian Federation, in which the population and the relevant services were to learn to act after a nuclear bomb. During the tests, the Russians failed to start the Yar's missile that fell at the start. Meanwhile, the Russian Federation from time to time restores the nuclear blackmail of the world community.
