The innovation was declared in the occupying "Ministry of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of Crimea". "To ensure the safety of Crimea residents, mobile Internet is possible from now on," the department said.

The adviser to the occupation head of the Crimea Oleg Kryuchkov added that they can disconnect mobile Internet at any time, not just at night.
