Serhiy Beskrestnov suggests that the UMPB-5 is dropped from aircraft from a height of more than 10 km, just like the KAB, but it flies further thanks to its own engine.
The warhead weighs about 100 kg. It is still unclear what type of navigation the munition uses for guidance and whether it can be suppressed by EW. Earlier it was written that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation began to use new drones with a ring wing. The military noticed them at the front and assume that they are "Comet" from the Russian enterprise "Step forward".
