It is still unknown how Iranian production shells have appeared in Ukraine. Ukrainian artillerymen use Iranian 122 mm ammunition for the Soviet howa D-30. About it reports an OSINT analyst under the nickname War Noir on Twitter. The fighters posted photos with ammunition, which wrote various messages to the occupiers. However, Osinter on the marking found that the shells were made in Iran. One of them says: Lot (desk number): 3/2023. On other shells, the party numbers were 1, 3, 6 and 7.

It is unknown how Iranian ammunition appeared in the Ukrainian army in 2023. Earlier, some analysts explained the availability of shells from Iran in that they were transferred by the Allies. Iran supplied weapons and a weapon ship could stop Western countries. And then we could potentially be transferred to Ukraine. In addition to 122 mm of ammunition, jet shells for RSSU "Grad", mortars 82 mm and 120 mm with mines to them, as well as jet unmanaged shells for Fadak helicopters 2.
