China will have to make a choice whether he wants to help Putin to kill Ukrainians - the White House

According to John Kirby, if Beijing takes care of international reputation, he will not go to supply Russia's weapons, although he can potentially move in this direction. In China, they have not yet decided whether to supply Russia's weapons. The Coordinator of the National Security Council on the US Strategic Communications Council at the White House John Kirby told this in an interview with the Voice of America, published on March 4.

According to Kirby, yet China has not provided weapons of the Russian Federation, but in Beijing did not remove this issue from the agenda. The White House is convinced that if the PRC goes to such a step, it will hit its position in the international community. "China has to make a choice. Does he really want to stand on the side of President Putin? Does he really want to help Mr. Putin in the murder To assume that he will consider it that he does not meet his interests, "Kirby said.

The Coordinator of the Security Council stated that in the United States they see the signs that China can potentially move in the supply of weapons to Moscow. "China has to make a choice. Si Jinping's President should make a choice. And we have urged him to make the right choice, not to facilitate Mr. Putin's murder of innocent Ukrainians," Kirby added.

On March 3, the British newspaper The Economist wrote that in the PRC was dissatisfied with the Kremlin because the discussion of weapons supply was intercepted and published in the United States. For example, the media reported that the Russians negotiated with the Chinese company XI'an Bingo Intelligent Aviation Technology on the purchase of 100 shock drones, as well as published information about the negotiations on the purchase of ammunition.

According to Western journalists, instead of the supply of drones and electronic components, China expects to get technology for the RD-180 missile engine, which can potentially be present in ballistic missiles and technologies for submarines. On March 3, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) Alexei Danilov that Russia has a great desire to attract not only China but also other countries to which it is trying to spread its influence into military conflict.

But Beijing takes a weighted and neutral position, which in this case is absolutely correct. According to him, Beijing makes no sense to openly stand on Moscow, because he understands the consequences of such a step. The Economist also wrote that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation had lost more than 9400 vehicles in the war against Ukraine, including more than 1500 tanks. Because of this, American intelligence began to record that China was considering the supply of weapons to Moscow.
