"Putin wants legal recognition of what he stole - to break the principles of territorial integrity and sovereignty - and this is the main problem. You all know what that means. He wants it not only from Ukraine - he wants it from the whole world, and this is very dangerous," Volodymyr Zelenskyi said.

The head of state emphasized that in the steps that Ukraine agreed with the American side, it was possible to keep extremely sensitive points on the table - the complete release of all Ukrainian prisoners of war under the "all for all" formula, as well as civilians, and the full return of Ukrainian children kidnapped by Russia.

The President stressed that Ukraine will continue to work with partners, seek compromises and explain how dangerous it is to pretend that aggression can be simply ignored and life goes on.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy called to support Ukraine, the negotiation process and defend the principles on which Europe is founded: borders cannot be changed by force, war criminals cannot escape justice and the aggressor must pay in full for the war he started, and that is why decisions on Russian assets are necessary.
