On the night of March 3 to March 4, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation struck the "shahads" on the children's clinic in Sumy. This was reported by the Acting Mayor of Sumy Artem Kobzar. "Shahapeda's arrival again in one of the clinics of our city. There is also a problem with electricity. Two hospitals work on generators," Kobazr said.

He also said that there was no light in other areas of Sumy. At the same time, the press service of the Sumy Regional Military Administration posted a photo with the consequences of a Russian blow. "Today, on the night of March 4, the enemy attacked the civilian infrastructure of the city of Sumy. As a result of the UAV, the premises of the children's medical institution were damaged," the statement said.
