We thank everyone who helps people - every rescue worker, everyone in the public services who really work to help. This week alone, the Russians have used almost 1,200 attack drones and already 50 missiles of various types against Ukraine - most of them are just ballistic. Defense against such a threat can only be a joint effort – no nation in the world should stand alone against such a threat.

And during this week, we got even closer to the necessary decisions: I had a conversation with the Chancellor of Germany, and we are also talking with some other partners in Europe regarding the "patriots". Separately, I want to thank Britain and France - France has decided on additional Mirage fighters for Ukraine and missiles for air defense, Britain will continue to help us with air defense - also with missiles, and in the production of interceptor drones - thank you for that.

There are also new decisions on contributions to the PURL program - Finland and Spain. This is a program to buy American weapons - the same missiles for "patriots". We are clearly working on it. Our defense agreements with the Europeans are also clearly working, we are preparing new projects - there will be more of our joint production of weapons. And in order for the world to be able to speak with Russia from a position of strength, we ourselves in Ukraine must be in strong positions.

It is important to always compare what the Russians were ordered to do and on what date, and what they were actually able to do. Ukrainian resistance is truly heroic. I thank everyone who is in combat, on combat posts, who trains and helps our defense, I thank everyone who works for defense and for the sake of our country. These days there is good news from our Ukrainian paratroopers: our 82nd Bukovyna brigade is in the Pokrovsky direction, in the Myrnograd community.

And every such result in the Pokrovsky direction now is extremely difficult, but extremely important. It was there, against Pokrovsk, that the Russians concentrated their main strike group – and that is a significant number of the occupying forces. Of course, this creates a difficult situation in Pokrovsk and in all neighboring districts. Fierce battles in the city, on the approaches to the city, there are DRGs in the city. Difficult with logistics.

But we must continue to destroy the occupier, we must continue to inflict as many losses as possible on the Russians. Russian plans for their offensive campaign for ten months this year were once again destroyed thanks to the courage of our soldiers, and all the deadlines that Putin set for them, the Russian army did not withstand, and this is not the first time. Much has been done within the framework of the Dobropil operation.

In these areas, there is also a significant replenishment of the "exchange fund" for Ukraine. I thank every soldier, sergeant and officer who is fighting there in Donetsk region. Also in Kupyansk and Zaporizhzhia - all this helps our positions in diplomacy, it helps a lot, in general, our relations with the world, thanks to your strength, Ukrainian soldiers, the world continues to have strength, has a motive to put pressure on Russia for this war. Pressure to force Russia to end this war.

I would like to commend for the results at the front this week, in addition to the already mentioned 82nd brigade of the DSHV, also units of the 1st assault regiment, 25th airborne brigade, 33rd mechanized brigade, as well as the 4th battalion of the 71st hunting brigade, 92nd assault and 93rd mechanized brigades, as well as soldiers of the 132nd intelligence - thank you all! And this is Donetsk.

Also, for the battles in the Kharkiv region - and this is primarily in Kup'yansk - I would like to commend the units of our 127th heavy mechanized brigade - well done, soldiers! Oleksandrivsky Direction - 414th Unmanned Systems Brigade - thank you, also 5th Assault Brigade, 225th and 425th Separate Assault Regiments and 141st Mechanized Brigade - thank you, soldiers! Thank you to everyone who understands that it is precisely at the front, precisely in defense production, precisely in the resilience of our people that not only Ukraine, but the whole of Europe really has the opportunity to preserve itself and protect normal life.
