Despite the conflict: the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the Wagner PEC could unite for the sake of Bakhmut's capture - ISW

American analysts claim that the mercenaries governed by Eugene Prigogine move the captured territories on the T-90 tanks. This technique could only be distinguished in the defense department of Russia. Despite disputes with the Wagner PEC, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation continues to intensify the group to capture Bakhmut in the Donbass. This is stated in the analytical report of the American Institute of War Study on April 16.

There are huge problems between the owner of the Wagner PEC and Russian authorities, but the news of the re -purpose of the commander of the Russian Airborne Troops, Mikhail Teplinsky, may indicate that cooperation between agencies is increasing. The reason is one is the capture of the city of Bakhmut in Donetsk region. The network also has significantly reduced the number of public accusations of Yevgeny Prigogine towards the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

American analysts noted that the Wagner PEC forces began to use the T-90 tanks in Bakhmut, and they could be distinguished exclusively in the Russian defense department, but even this is unlikely to affect the further outcome of the war. In particular, it is about airborne air, which had the status of an elite unit, but the great losses in the war have changed everything.

"Large -scale losses of earlier elite units, which are now completed with poorly trained mobilized personnel, will probably have a long -term impact on the combat capability of these units, and the replacement of one commander is unlikely to be able to solve the problem," the report said. By the way, mobilized Russians are forced to sign contracts with Wagner PEC in an attempt to compensate for losses. There are a minimum of 170 cases in the Moscow and Ivaniv regions.
