"We want to send a very clear signal: even if theoretical will not be theoretical, but if theoretically - the enemy will stand again near Kiev, we will still plan the de -occupation of Crimea," the Foreign Minister said. According to him, "there will be a moment when we de -occupy our territories. " And the summit of the Crimean platform is a signal just about it. There will be no moment in history when we will not be "to Crimea", "not to Lisichansk" or some other city that is temporarily captured.
