"According to the legislation of Ukraine, in most cases, a person has the right to receive only one pension - by age, by disability, or by the loss of a breadwinner. But there are a number of cases, and there are many of them when a person has two pensions at once, quite legitimate," - said.
Care disability persons: persons with disabilities from childhood, as well as children with disabilities up to 18 years of age, have the right to receive state aid and payments in connection with the loss of a breadwinner at the same time. The main condition is that a person with disabilities must be recognized as disabled. "The husband, wife or father/mother of the deceased breadwinner if they have a disability or have reached 65 years old are considered as disabled," the video was added.
Special conditions for the widows of servicemen: if the man who died was a military, a widow with a disability whose marriage was officially registered can receive from 30% to 70% of a man's salary, but not less than UAH 4722. It should be reminded that earlier it was reported that there are several categories of pensioners in Ukraine who are entitled to full exemption from utility bills, as well as for free purchase of fuel for furnaces and gas.
