The German company Gühring Kg has declared withdrawal from the Russian Federatio...

Despite the statement of departure: the company from Germany supplies the Russian Federation of drills and cutters (infographics)

The German company Gühring Kg has declared withdrawal from the Russian Federation, but the supply of its products for the Russian MIC is continuing through other countries. Military production, in particular in Russia, is impossible without precision drills and cutters on metal, so departure from the Russian Federation of German company Gühring Kg could be regarded as one way to slow down the Russian military-defense complex.

However, as the Russian edition of The Insider has been clarified, it is not so clear. In fact, according to journalists, a subsidiary of the German company continued to quietly import its products into Russia through Turkey.

Although in the German office they stated that the Russian "daughter" was terminated, attempts to sell their business in the Russian Federation, why, according to Gühring managers, Russian officials, high -precision drills and cutters from Germany continue to enter the factories of the Russian Security Service.

According to the data of public procurement of the Russian Federation, even before a full-scale invasion of Ukraine the Russian military-industrial complex was a key consumer of Gühring products in Russia. Metal cutting tools were purchased not only within the MIC throughout the country, but also for aviation and space industries, as well as for individual FSB military units, such as the well -known center of special equipment.

According to The Insider material experts in the field of material processing, Gühring drills are good because the company produces a solid alloy itself, works on its own grinding machines, and also develops geometry and tools. "But most importantly, the company's products require a range of diameters, drilling depths and materials, and drills are always available in warehouses. Other companies can not boast about it," journalists said.

In Europe, Japan, South Korea there are also good drills and cutters, but there is no sufficient range, and the Chinese toolkit does not go into any product quality. Although German media reproached Gühring for their cooperation with Russia's defense sector, they were still important to the company. On May 24, 2022, Gühring Kg declared a complete termination of business in Russia, recognizing that the decision was not easy, because the company was obliged to take care of its employees.

However, since June 2022, the Gut Instrumental Company, which has a 100% subsidiary of German Gühring Kg in the Unified State Register of Lear others. According to the journalists, the order of the Russian MIC CHROOs is now mostly classified. However, the public procurement system can be found, for example, a Gühring contract, signed on October 11, 2022. The buyer was the structure of "Roscosmos" - a "design bureau of hamavtomatics", which produces liquid rocket engines.

Delications arrived directly from Gühring KG until October 2022. By this point, the sanctions have been in force for more than six months. You can, of course, assume that these were parties sent before the sanctions are imposed. Gühring Kg is a family company. It was founded in 1898 by Gottlib Güring, then his case was continued by Oscar, grandson Jorg and great -grandson Oliver. It is a manufacturer of high -precision hard alloys, metal ceramics and diamond for metal processing.

The company's annual revenue is more than 1 billion euros, staff - more than 8,000 people. Gühring Kg had long -standing business ties with Russia. In 2016, a metal -cutting tool was opened in Nizhny Novgorod, which was supposed to work on German blanks, since there is no metal of the required quality in Russia. Direct supply of German products to Russia continued after the factory was opened.

Judging by the customs declarations, the main and practically the only importer of Gühring products in Russia was LLC "Guinging". His management argued that their tool is used solely for the production of peaceful goods and services, although in reality it is far from true. At the same time, Gühring Kg assured The Insider that they wanted to sell their Russian business in 2022, but did not receive permission from the Russian Government Commission, without which it is impossible.

The first step to obtain such permission should be the request of the Ministry of Profumor, which refused Gühring Kg. The only thing that the German founder was able to do is to change the name of the Russian "daughter" to the already known "tool of Gut" and "to write it out" from the accounts of the concern, that is, to carry out the so -called deconcident, which, according to German economic law, means: firm previously part of the concern ceases to be reflected in its balance sheet.

Gühring Kg assured The Insider that after deconstruction ceased to influence the policy of the Russian "daughter" and receive information about its activities with all the consequences. Thus, the Gut Instrumental Company turned into a strange formation: its formal founder has stopped performing its functions, and the new did not appear. They did not respond to The Insider. Gühring Kg still commented on The Insider, which, they say, works in accordance with the strict compliance rules.

"If there is a reasonable suspicion that the client violates national or international sanctions, Gühring KG will immediately stop business relations with him. Gühring KG strictly and without any exception adheres to the current legislation, as well as all sanctions of different states and EU. We do not supply even unauthorized products to Russia either directly or indirectly. This is the basis of all our business relations around the world, "Gühring KG management convinced.

However, the questions remain. How could Gühring Kg leadership notice a sharp increase in demand for their products in Turkey after trying to leave Gühring Kg from Russia? Did they decide that it was only an amazing coincidence that the drills that supply to Turkish companies immediately resold the Russian subsidiary of Guring? But so obvious routes of export-import transactions are within a few months after the transactions are carried out.

The Insider promises to monitor the development of events. At the beginning of the large -scale Russian aggression against Ukraine, a large number of Western companies were reported one by one about the exit from the Russian market. Particularly active were Lakshery Segmal companies. A considerable number of world car manufacturers also refused to cooperate with the terrorist country, which led to the stopping of many auto factory in the Russian Federation.
