This is what is needed both for the front and for the protection of energy facilities. We updated the needs, and we will increase production accordingly. Our Ukrainian production is a guarantee of protection, Ukrainians should not depend on whether something can be found on the world market or in partners' warehouses. Production tasks must be completed on time, personal responsibility for this at all levels. We also fulfill the requests of the brigades - after my trip to the front areas.
One of these requests is the fair distribution of personnel between brigades. Replenishment of brigades with people must be reviewed, of course. This is being talked about in almost every combat brigade, and now there is an assignment from the Headquarters to work out all this to the Chief of the General Staff, Andrii Hnatov, together with Pavel Palisa, the deputy head of the President's Office and a very experienced military man. Draft solutions should be prepared for me in the near future.
Of course, there were detailed reports on the situation at the front - in key directions. Kupyansk, Pokrovsk, Gulyaipole. It is important that Ukrainian soldiers continue to destroy the occupier, defend positions and perform combat tasks. This is the basis of our ability to negotiate in the interests of Ukraine. The Russians spread the word all over the world that Ukraine can't defend itself. They say that Ukrainian soldiers cannot defend themselves.
The daily combat results of the Ukrainian army, the daily results of our special services, our deep strikes are proof that Ukraine can protect its interests.
And now every destroyed Russian occupier, every replenishment of our exchange fund for Ukraine, every Russian assault that the Ukrainians stopped, every destroyed Russian unit of equipment, every one of our deep strikes are arguments that Ukraine should be with Ukraine, Ukraine should be helped and that pressure for peace should not be on Ukraine, but on Russia - the only reason why the war is being dragged on.
I want to thank all our soldiers who feel this way, and everyone who now, as always, helps our army, helps our state. I want to note the results of the battles these days in the Kupyan direction of the soldiers of the 127th heavy mechanized brigade and the 475th separate assault regiment.
Thank you, warriors! The 82nd and 95th Airborne Assault Brigades, the 25th Airborne Brigade, the 25th Separate Assault Battalion, the 1st Assault Regiment, the 132nd Separate Reconnaissance Battalion, and the 425th Separate Assault Regiment were responsible for the battles in Donetsk region. Thank you! Zaporizhzhia region - soldiers of the 5th and 92nd assault brigades, units of the 1st, 33rd and 225th separate assault regiments.
Thank you! Sumyshchyna - units of the 225th separate assault regiment and the 71st hunting brigade. Thank you! One more thing. Payments under the winter support program have already begun - and to those who applied in Diya, also through Ukrposhta. Payments have already begun, in particular, in the frontline regions, in the border regions with Russia.
In such communities alone, there are already more than 133,000 applications through Ukrposhta, in total, almost 550,000 applications through the Ukrposhta network. The number in Diya is almost 11 million applications. It is important to complete the application this year, before Christmas. It will be possible to use it next year as well - for utility bills, for certain other needs and, of course, for the support of our army through donations to volunteers. Every show of support counts.
