Law enforcement officers explained that they reacted to video with supporters of Russian music, which was spread on the network. The video was posted in Tiktok a user with Nick Sofikobliashyn. The record lasts 30 seconds. To hear a female voice: a citizen says that the youth listens to the Russian performer on April 13, six hours after the tragedy in Sumy. She tries to shame the group of about 5-6 teenagers who, in response, turn away, turn away and make music louder.

The Kyiv Police Post states that three people appeared on the record. It turned out that two - 17 years, and the third - 20. The teenagers explained that they were in a state of alcohol intoxication, and alcohol was obtained due to the adult "comrade". As a result, law enforcement officers made two administrative protocols on Russian music students: under Art. 173 (for small hooliganism, fine up to 120 UAH) and under Art. 178 (for drunkenness in public places, fine up to 85 UAH).

Minors also received a protocol under Art. 184 (failure to fulfill responsibilities for children, fine up to 1 700 UAH). "Currently, the security officer of the Security Service of Ukraine is working with young men," the Kiev police added. The post of law enforcement officers also contains photos of the persons involved in Russian music, drunkenness and hooliganism. Citizens' faces are blocked, names are not indicated.
